First Step


Look at the properties we have on offer and contact us to arrange a convenient time and date to view anything suitable.

Have you found a property you like?


Fill out an application form (available from our office) and return it to us as soon as possible with a holding deposit of £150 (one per property). This is required as proof of your intention and commitment to proceed with the tenancy. This will be held by us whilst your references are processed.

ID and References


Gather references from your current and previous landlord. We will undertake a credit reference on your behalf (Cost £10.00) for which we will need photo identity in the form of a passport or driving license for each person over the age of 18 involved in the tenancy. We will also need your National Insurance Number and a bank or building society statement.

Housing Benefit Claimants


If you are claiming Housing Benefit then you will need to complete a Pre-Tenancy Determination Form which should then be returned to the Housing Benefits office. This will be used to assess the rent and your personal circumstances and will determine the amount of Housing Benefit payable to you.
